1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting aidronestore.com or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including specifications, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Drone products sold by AI Drone Store may be subject to export controls and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all applicable local laws, aviation regulations, and registration requirements before operating any drone purchased from us.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to over 120 countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and represent business days, not calendar days. AI Drone Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Opened or used products may be eligible for return within 14 days if defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returns that do not meet our standard return criteria.

6. Warranty

Most AI Drone Store products come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 12 to 24 months. Warranty coverage details are specified on individual product pages. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operating instructions. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

7. Drone Operation and Compliance

The operation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is regulated in most jurisdictions. By purchasing from AI Drone Store, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for operating your drone in compliance with all applicable laws, including registration requirements, flight restrictions, privacy laws, and aviation regulations. AI Drone Store disclaims all liability for any fines, penalties, property damage, personal injury, or other consequences arising from your operation of drones purchased from us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aidronestore.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of AI Drone Store or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Drone Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AI Drone Store's products and services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings.
